"Pellets Bites" prevention type /NGR
Product Details
"Pellets Bites" is "0 (zero)" practically. The quality of pellets is maintainable because pellets are not bitten (not cut) (not smashed).Can also be used for prevention of motor trip, such as rubber, soft pellet was added.
Features
The proportion of “Pellets Bites” is under 6 pieces of pellets in 25kg (= about 1200 k pieces of pellets) We realize the high performance, and it means that the proportion of occurrence of fines and miss-cuts is under 1 ppm. The discharge rate is not changed by the fluctuation of sealing pressure. The discharge rate has linear characteristic according to changing the rotation speed of rotary feeder. We realize “Pellets Bites 0 (zero)” by using next 4 kinds of mechanisms, (Control of efficiency in rotor, Stable supplying, Handling the leakage gas, Prevention of returning pellets)
Standard type unit /N-GR
Three types about type A (No differential pressure type), type B (Upper pressurizing type), and type C (Lower pressurizing type). We have a type for a high seal, too. It can be used under 0.2MPa, and it means that it can be used for high pressure pneumatic conveying system.

Middle pressure seal type unit (high seal)/ER unit
This type is usable at the middle range of differential pressure (under 0.2MPa). In case of pellet, "Pellet Bites" is reduced by "W" shape of the casing. Casing and Rotor for ER-unit share with that of GR-unit. And ER-unit is usable at the middle range of differential pressure by devising Side Cover.
High pressure seal type unit(super high seal) /HR unit
This type is a non-contact type of Rotary Feeder which has the performance as high pressure seal. Vent part is prepared on casing.
The Continuous Flo-Charger is modular type, and part of a pneumatic conveyor system which continuously charges a constant quantity of solid fuel, such as coal or oil coke, into the pressurized furnace of a boiler or other combustion equipment.
For the pulverized materials of waste plastic
This rotary feeder is for the pulverized materials of resin films, PET bottles, and Plastic products. This type can make the light products like them supply into the conveying pipe.
Continuous Pneumatic Conveying System in high-pressure and high-concentration /FLOW REX II
