Model 3CM-52T makes bags from a tubular roll of PE film instead of premade bags stacked on a bag magazine as with the model 3CM-52.
Dust generation is controlled by using the orgus spiral (packaging machine lifting device) to fill from the bottom of the bag, while maintaining a short drop distance to the powder surface inside the bag, thereby minimizing dust generation and dispersion.
Stable accuracy: Weighing and filling are performed by a suspension device with a built-in weighing sensor, enabling high-precision and stable weighing and packaging, thus eliminating the need for secondary calibration of the filling device.
