The "HR type" rotary feeder which SANKO developed newly has the high difference pressure seal efficiency to realize the optima pellet plug flow conveying system more from former "HPR type" (the contact method), making improvement by non-contact method. Also, it has wide series from the small to the large types(nine types) and the various needs of customers become able to be answered for.
Features
- The seal pressure is possible to 0.4MPa(about 4 kgf/c㎡).
- It succeeds in introducing seal structure to the side of the rotor and decreasing air leakage volume more.
- It makes the structure by which leak air exhausts from the body directly and it rearizes the stable dischaege of the pellet and the improvement of the rotor volume efficiency.
- The smash of the pellets with the casing structure of the prevention of doing bite become minimum.
- The rotor becomes able to be pulled out from the body during it installed by the quickstep cleaning mechanism (option) and the maintenance improves.
OUR PRODUCTS
This type is a replacement type of the conventional type (GR). This type is usable at the low range of differential pressure (under 0.1MPa). The upper-and-lower flanges are a circle flange according to a piping standard.
Middle pressure seal type (high seal)/ER
This type is usable at the middle range of differential pressure (under 0.2MPa).
Type AGR (Abrasion-resistant type) ･Replaceable sleeve type
The unit is restored by replacing the sleeve, if worn, without damaging the casing.
Motor direct connection type / DGR
Rotary feeder connected with the motor directly.It can be installed in a small space.
Type CGR (Abrasion-resistant type) ･Ceramic sleeve system
This material exhibits a much higher durability than of Type AGR of cast steel.
Type ADR (Large-capacity double-barrel type)
This Type is a laege-capasity rotary feeder of 200t/h or more. The spacing is smaller, compared with the single-barrel type, and this type can be manufactured to a high precision.
