Features
Sewing threads and crepe tape are not used.No thread fuzz is generated and inclusion of foreign matter is prevented.
Paper dust and thread fuzz are not included in the bag because the bag is trimmed after sealing the inner PE tube(for units with a sealer).
Threads and crepe tape are not required.Cost of auxiliary materials is reduced and replacements are decreased to enhance productivity.
For bags with inner PE tubes,the score cutter(option)separates the inner PE tube from the outer kraft paper bag with ease.
Machine noise is very low because no sewer is used.The working environment is improved and maintenance is easy.
A temperature controller is provided for each pair of heaters.Heater break interlock and abnormal temperature alarm are provided.To control heaters,noncontact switches(SSR)are used in place of ordinary magnetic switches to effect a high-accuracy temperature control. |

The HS series heat sealers are released by Newlong Industrial who has been developing machines to seal all types of bags. The sealers are used for all types of grains and powdery products including rice, animal feed, fertilizer, salt and food. Models include HS-22, HS-22D, HS-32＋１P, HS-33 and HS-53 to cover all types of closures for heavy PE bags.
Virtually sealed up OMPB top closing with heatsealable over-tape or innermost ply PE film seal. Crepe-tape bound closure. No failure and easy maintenance because of fewer parts than conventional sewers. Upper and lower bag feeder synchronizes with the automatic bag feeder mechanism.
Over-tape is applied on bag mouth after sewn by the sewing machine of separate line.
