Line Filters are used to remove unwanted impurties during material transport. SUS multi-layered screen or PVF filter elements can be used, and both round and square filter structures are available.
It is installed at the suction side of the blower. It can remove dust from the atmosphere. Filter element uses PVF as a standard.
It is used for separation of a conveying materials and gas. Depending on the application, there are three type of cyclone for pellet, powder and dust collection. We can manufacture from small size (Φ200) to large size (Φ2000).
Use primary airflow is used as a part of classification airflow. It has higher classification performance than the swirling current classifier.
Double-barrel classifier / CFA-G2
It is pneumatic classifier. It can separate fine and steamers from plastic various products (pellet and chip) efficiently. This can be installed directly at the end of pneumatic conveying line, and is the most suitable for separating products and classified material in the final process. The required gas volume is small ,because this classifier uses the conveying air for the part of classifying air.
