The production line using the direct drive system of the polyethylene heavy-duty bag making machine realizes a new type of machine HP9060F series (formerly 801HT-DDSB series) for polyethylene heavy-duty bags that allows single-person operation, small batch production, and aesthetically aligned bags. There are two types of polyethylene heavy-duty bag making machines: the straight line (S line) and the L line (L line) for the straightening production line, which can be selected according to the installation space.

HP9060FS Belt Sealing Method / Straight Line

Features
To save space on the production line, the film direction is changed in front of the bottom seal to make the machine straight. The main body (see dimensions) consists of auxiliary drawer roller section, pinhole section, direction change section, photoelectric tube device section, drawer roller section, cutting section, and automatic insertion section.
The cutting section in the main body uses a flying blade method with a commercially available single-edge razor blade, making it very easy to maintain. It is driven by an AC servo motor, with two sets of blades attached to the synchronous belt.
The bottom sealing section uses a single-belt sealing method. The sealing tape speed is extremely high, with a maximum speed of 2 meters/minute (normally used at 55 meters/minute). In addition, the sealed part of the bag does not rise, so it is flat when stacked.

Characteristics
The main body consists of auxiliary drawer roller section, pinhole section, photoelectric tube device section, drawer roller section, cutting section, and automatic insertion section. Since the HP9060FL bends the line into an L shape, there is no turning section in the straight line (HP9060FS), making it a cost-saving type. The specifications of the cutting section and bottom sealing section are the same as the straight line.
