Product Details

In the type of Floating Flow, there are two kinds of flows such as Layer Flow and Suspension (Dispersion) Flow. Layer Flow is comparatively low (Middle) gas velocity and powder/pellets is collected at the bottom of conveying pipe. Suspension Flow is comparatively high gas velocity and powder/pellets is conveyed with dispersed. Suspension Flow have few restriction conditions and can be easily designed and be used widely for many years.

Plug Flow Dense Phase Conveying System

The Plug Flow conveying is one of conveying system that powder/pellets moves while forming the group like plug(slug), without floating. This conveying system has a little air consumption and high conveying efficiency , decreasing the conveying material crushing and piping abrasion . Also, there is no occurrence of streamer in case of resin pellet conveying.

Dune Flow Dense Phase Conveying System

The Dune Flow conveying is high density conveying system that powder/pellets moves while making slug movement with group style form like a sand dune at the bottom of conveying pipe. In the case of coarse (large) powder and pellets, the formation principle is almost similar with Plug Flow. But the difference point against Plug Flow is no closing by particle groups or very few in the section of conveying pipe.

Layer Flow Dilute Phase Conveying System

In floating flow, Layer Flow means comparatively low (Middle) gas velocity and collected powder/pellets at the bottom of conveying pipe. The Layer Flow has some advantage over Suspension Flow such as ①high mixing ratio and high conveying efficiency ② low conveying material damage ③ low conveying pipe abrasion.
