Introduction
The precise detection of the level of process material in a storage structure is an integral part of the control system in the entire operation of a process industry plant. To meet this need of the process industry, Sanko drew on its wealth of technical expertise. This, and the company's years of experience with pneumatic conveyor equipment, allowed it to develop the Pulse Type level Sensor.
Features
The face of the sensing disk has no protruding parts and the sensor unit itself is flush-mounted on the inside wall of the structure for ease of cleaning of the inside wall of the structure and to eliminate the risk of bridging of the process material in the structure. For the same reason, the sensor unit does not undergo any local load that may damage it or cause malfunction. The process material does not stick to the sensing disk even if it is viscous, thus ensuring stable operation at all times.(The sensor can tolerate up to 10mm of material buildup on its sensing disk.) The sensor is compatible with a small-capacity hopper, or even a chute. The sensor unit does not require any adjustment of its sensitivity to conform to changes in ambient temperature, humidity or the type of process material. A change in pressure in the structure does not cause malfunction of the sensor unit. Few mechanical parts mean extended service life. The sensor can be adapted to a mixer-mounted tank, as long as minimum of 50mm is provided between the impeller and the sensing disk.
OUR PRODUCTS
This type is a replacement type of the conventional type (GR). This type is usable at the low range of differential pressure (under 0.1MPa). The upper-and-lower flanges are a circle flange according to a piping standard.
Middle pressure seal type (high seal)/ER
This type is usable at the middle range of differential pressure (under 0.2MPa).
High pressure seal type (super high seal) /HR
We improved the conventional "contact type" (HPR type) further, and have the non-contact type now. It has the performance for high difference pressure seal, so that we can realize the stable "Plug Flow conveying".
Type AGR (Abrasion-resistant type) ･Replaceable sleeve type
The unit is restored by replacing the sleeve, if worn, without damaging the casing.
Motor direct connection type / DGR
Rotary feeder connected with the motor directly.It can be installed in a small space.
Type CGR (Abrasion-resistant type) ･Ceramic sleeve system
This material exhibits a much higher durability than of Type AGR of cast steel.
