OUTLINE
This device is THE EASY MOUNTER SYSTEM for the latest flexo-printing plate. Two(2) sets of THE CAMERAS interlocked with THE DIGITAL SCALE and THE MONITOR which projects the registerd mark of a printing-plate make it possible to realize a precise and speedy mounting-work.
FEATURE
● To mounting the printing plate, simply align the registration marks on both sides with the guide lines displayed on the two monitors.
● Plate-mounting time can be greatly reduced to one-third to one-fifth compared to the previous half-mirror (or semi-reflcting mirror) system.
● Achieves register accuracy within 0.1mm for precise performance.
● Simple handling and easy maintenance.
● The plate cylinder is motor-driven, which allows fine-tuning in both forward and reverse directions.

OUR PRODUCTS
Models 412FF, 414FF, and 417FF are the state-of-the-art stack-type flexographic printers. They have been developed and manufactured using the latest electronic technology and micron-level high-precision mechanical technology. Ceramic anilox rollers of excellent wear resistance are incorporated using the doctor blade system to realize high-precision printing. As a special order, up to 2,500 mm printing width is available.
This is a stack type flexographic printing press for printing on one side in either 2-color or 3-color print and can be used in combination with a winding machine. It is best suited for printing craft paper which is most commonly used for square bottom (SOS) bags, even in line with a bag making machine. This machine is much more economical than the conventional gravure printing machine.
● The control panel uses a touch panel for easy operation. ● It features a compact design that emphasizes operability and has a neat appearance. ● Uses a winding motor with winding diameter calculation and tension feedback methods to achieve high-precision winding tension control. Additionally, it can now run at maximum speed from the minimum winding diameter. ● The motor is used to move the plate frame, significantly shortening the forming time. ● Each color printing unit is mounted on a separate movable frame. Individual settings can be adjusted and printing plates can be replaced even during the printing process. ● Each printing plate shaft is equipped with a scale for easy print matching. ● The cross step length of the feed and take-up sections is low, improving the ease of paper jointing. ● The gear system uses helical gears to achieve a higher level of printing quality. (Barcode support is also available)
FZ400 has been designed as a stack type press equipped with a sliding frame unit of plate cylinder section. The salient feature is a quick and easy process to adjust impression and to re-fix plate cylinders. Operators may pull the plate cylinder section out and, facing to plate cylinders, are able to clamp a plate onto a cylinder and adjust the clamping position. Operators certainly can make the most of Gear Trains which has been remarkably improved and control mechanisms to maintain stable tension. You may kick-start, discontinue and change speed with far greater range but still, you are assured of a vivid resolution. Even an instantaneous stoppage is possible. Touch Panel An easy-to-use operator interface that provides clear display of operational functions as well as various data for input.
