OUR PRODUCTS
Dust generation is controlled by using the orgus spiral (packaging machine lifting device) to fill from the bottom of the bag, while maintaining a short drop distance to the powder surface inside the bag, thereby minimizing dust generation and dispersion.
Stable accuracy: Weighing and filling are performed by a suspension device with a built-in weighing sensor, enabling high-precision and stable weighing and packaging, thus eliminating the need for secondary calibration of the filling device.
Suitable for multiple varieties and can easily handle various powders, filling amounts, and other specifications. Additionally, the powder contact parts can be completely disassembled and cleaned, so there is no contamination.
Bags are placed neatly with top opening facing forward.The magazine holds approximately 50 bags.
The model 3CM-5B bagging machine features a compact body, minimal footprint and low cost. It also features the gross weighing system to directly charge and weigh bags in granular product applications. Bags are directly held against the chute using a swing type bag feeder, making operation and maintenance easy.
Automatic tying machine for Class 1 rice or wheat bagging ● This tying machine is exclusively designed for bags with strings. ● Tying is a labor-intensive and time-consuming operation. The newly developed tying machine solves this operation bottle-neck. ● Bags for filling 30kg rice or wheat are clamped, opened, filled, formed and folded continuously. The bag is then tied with the string automatically. ● A series of operation timers are easily set on the graphic control panel. A diagnostic function is included.
